Our exercise studio at Physique Fitness Studio is available for hire on an hourly basis.
It is perfect for all types of dance and fitness classes or as a rehearsal or practice space.
It is mirrored on three sides and has 2 windows and 6 skylights which flood it with natural light.
The wooden floor is sprung maple so it is the ideal surface for any dance or fitness activity which involves impact.
