MEGA MIX

An intensive session which includes combinations of  TRX, Hi/Lo Aerobics, Tae-Bo, Step, Fit Ball, Dyna bands, resistance bars or hand weights. Each class is designed to burn fat and improve cardiovascular fitness – a class not to be missed! Bring your energy, towel & water.

QUICK FIX & CORE

A great class to build overall fitness. This class incorporates cardiovascular and total body toning segments with particular emphasis on the abdominals.

YOGA

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic form of Yoga which works to strengthen and realign the body and to increase vitality by improving the functioning of all the body’s systems.

PILATES

Developed from the rehabilitation techniques of Joseph Pilates. Pilates strengthens, tones and improves flexibility of the entire body, especially the back and abdominal muscles.

CARDIO & CORE

 30 minutes of cardio work: Jog outside (weather permitting) Followed by 30 minutes of intensive toning of the mid-section with standing and mat abdominal work and also incorporating TRX. If you want flat, sleek, toned abs & a strong lower back then look no further!

CIRCUIT BREAKER

Each class uses a different form of circuit training to stimulate the body’s energy systems and muscles. Circuits used include,
TRX, aerobic, anaerobic, muscular endurance, muscular strength and plyometrics & mixed circuits.

TUMS, BUMS & THIGHS

A class to target those stubborn areas of the thighs, buttocks and abdominals which will also burn calories, raise metabolism and tone muscles. Excercises are designed to flatten and firm your tummy, lift and tighten your bottom, shape and tone your thighs as well as strengthen and support your back.

ZUMBA

A Latin-inspired dance fitness programme. Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements. Its choreography incorporates hip-hop, samba, mambo, martial arts and some Bollywood and belly dance moves.
