BODY BLITZ CIRCUIT

Cardio, tone and core. This is a great class to build overall fitness. The class incorporates cardiovascular and total body toning segments using machines and free weights to target every muscle with particular emphasis on the abdominals.

RIPPED

Total body conditioning class using high reps with body bars and dumbbells to shed fat and shred every muscle resulting in a toned and ripped physique.

 

CIRCUIT BREAKER

Dynamic and intensive class set up in a circuit training style. As you move from station to station, this class will provide you with a balanced mixture of cardio and weight resistance while targeting all your major muscle groups. This is a great total body workout. Bring towel and energy!

CARDIO, CUT & CORE

Class involves a 15 minute jog (weather permitting) followed by a high rep section with dumbbells and body bars to rip your total body. This class finishes with an intensive section to strengthen and sculpt the abdominals.

TRX MIX

Suspension training develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability by using gravity and the user’s bodyweight to perform numerous exercises. The class will be mixed with other forms of training (body bars, dumbbells, gym balls and resistance bands) to challenge every muscle.

BODY BLAST

A combination of aerobic, toning and abdominal work using a variety of workouts. A perfect start to the weekend!
